This isa remote, independent consultant role for experienced professionals who enjoy building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and supporting people through career and personal development decisions.
You will engage with individuals who have already expressed interest in leadership and personal development, share structured information about our programmes, and guide them through a professional decision-making process. This is not a hard-sales role. It is consultative, values-led, and aligned with mentoring and growth.

What You'll Do
- Engage in professional conversations with individuals exploring new career or development pathways
- Share programme information using structured scripts, digital presentations, and proven frameworks
- Support individuals through next steps, onboarding, and early-stage engagement
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and personal development
- Manage your own schedule, activity levels, and performance outcomes

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' professional experience (sales, recruitment, HR, consulting, leadership, coaching, or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
- Interest in personal development, leadership, and growth-focused work
- Able to commit a consistent number of hours each week (flexible scheduling)
