Regional Vice President Operations Aspire HFI

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and clinical quality across multiple clinics in the Greater Houston area. This role will own the P&L and partner closely with senior executives and functional teams to drive operational excellence, enhance the patient and employee experience, and lead with integrity and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business strategy execution across markets with a focus on patient experience, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and clinical excellence.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability with physicians, care teams, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with cross?functional teams (HR, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, IT, etc.) to deliver aligned, consistent operational outcomes.
  • Oversee clinic and lab performance, facility planning, new service implementation, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously improve key patient and employee experience metrics (e.g., Medallia, Rater8, clinical KPIs).
  • Manage physician recruitment and support onboarding and retention of leadership talent.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, while promoting best practices in quality and safety.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, compassion, and continuous improvement across the region.

  • Mentor, coach, and support the growth of direct reports and clinic leaders.

  • Set strategic direction in alignment with company goals, while supporting daily operational needs.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and executive leadership.

Key Factors To Be Successful In This Role
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required). Masters degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a medical office or multi?site healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of improving clinical operations, patient experience, and financial performance.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and payer dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in cross?functional leadership, physician relations, and team development.

Skills & Attributes

  • Outstanding communicator, with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving organizational change.
  • Proficient with EMRs, reporting tools, and healthcare business software.
