Labor & Employment Associate

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its growing Labor & Employment Group, nationally ranked by Chambers USA and Best Law Firms. This position can be based in the firms Austin, Dallas, or Houston office. Salary is commensurate with years of experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Labor & Employment practice, specifically with Wage and Hour Class Action defense expertise, and one or more of the following areas: General litigation practice, Labor and Employment litigation, Trade Secret matters, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Highly effective writing, oral communication, and research skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the Texas bar.
