Senior Software Engineer Python Greenfield Project!

This Senior Software Engineer role is with a well?established, high?growth startup operating in the trading and financial services space. The company is kicking off a brand?new greenfield platform, making this an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and shape the technical direction from day one.

Youll work closely with the companys founders and engineering team to design and build core financial systems that sit at the heart of the business. The platform is entirely cloud?first on Microsoft Azure, offering the chance to work with modern architectures, scalable backend services, and APIs in a fast?paced startup environment.

Theyre looking for a hands?on Senior Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, isnt afraid to voice ideas, and wants real technical ownership. This role also offers clear progression toward a Team Lead position as the product and team continue to scale.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs in a modern, cloud?first architecture.
• Design, develop, and scale systems using Python and Microsoft Azure with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work on greenfield development with full influence over technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong hands?on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Background in .NET or Python.

Salary / Remuneration

Up to 110,000 base salary + bonus, pension, health insurance.
