This role involves gathering requirements, documenting system flows, and ensuring seamless integration of accounting processes within our applications. Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience working with financial systems
• Proven ability to document technical processes and system flows
• Skilled in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Ability to create flow diagrams and process documentation
• Excellent communication and listening skills for stakeholder interaction

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tools
• Exposure to finance systems or niche accounting applications
• Knowledge of compliance processes in financial systems
