A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic computer skills. Prior warehouse and/or retail store experience is preferable but not required.

Lift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lift equipment to receive, move, store, and prepare merchandise for inventory and customer pickup. This role supports warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and overall safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate lift equipment to unload, move, stock, and stage merchandise.
- Safely unload inbound shipments and place product in designated storage locations.
- Stack and store merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
- Support furniture handling, customer pickup, and warehouse operations as needed.
- Accurately tag, label, and track merchandise using barcode systems and RF scanners.
- Match packing slips to purchase orders and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, transfer documentation, and delivery logs.
- Communicate inventory issues and productivity updates to management.
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety, security, and policy guidelines.
