Receiving Associate Floor & Decor

Base Pay

This role has a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose

The Receiving Associate assists in warehouse operations of the retail store, unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory. Full?time and part?time positions are available.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• 12 years of previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Experience driving a forklift (preferred)
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and meet established deadlines
• Availability for extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Essential Functions

• Act consistently with the companys core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)

Working Conditions

• Frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles
• Noise level typically moderate to noisy

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert 3060 lbs of force occasionally, and or 2030 lbs of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling required.

Saturday: 8:00?AM 7:00?PM
Sunday: 10:00?AM 6:00?PM

Pickup Hours

Monday Friday: 7:00?AM 7:00?PM
Saturday: 8:00?AM 7:00?PM
Sunday: 10:00?AM 6:00?PM
