Job Description

The MRB Inspection and Inventory Specialist supports aerospace manufacturing operations by managing non-conforming material through inspection, audit, and inventory control processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring material integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, prioritization, and physical audits of non-conforming parts within MRB areas
• Perform over-inspection to verify material meets quality requirements and identify additional non-conformances as required
• Create, document, and publish inspection reports in accordance with quality procedures
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate material records
• Support material movement within MRB, inspection, and inventory locations
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on quality, flow, and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve material issues efficiently

• Experience in inspection, quality, MRB, or inventory control within a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret inspection documentation and quality requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
