Role Overview
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full cycle recruitment and to drive 2+ hires per month across multiple teams. You'll own 2-5 active searches at a time, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality bar. This is a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly - you'll thrive if you're adaptable, proactive, and energized by problem-solving.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, streamline recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate experience - all while championing Clever's employer brand. Roles you'll often hire for: Home Concierge Specialists (Call Center), Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Escrow Officers, Escrow Assistants, as well as others as needed. These roles are a mix of remote and hybrid positions across the United States and globally.
As we grow across multiple departments, we need an experienced recruiter who can move quickly while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our hiring process. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company - and a great opportunity to shape how recruiting is done at Clever. We're looking for someone who brings clarity, confidence, and momentum to every search.
This role sits within our People Team, will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, and is designed to increase our hiring capacity as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own 2-5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
- Lead job kickoffs, create compelling job descriptions, and support interview plans
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: interviews, feedback, references, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth, timely pipelines
- Enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill without sacrificing quality
- Build and maintain a warm candidate pipeline for high-volume, evergreen roles
Ideal Qualifications - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
- Comfortable juggling 2-5 open roles at a time (preferably evergreen roles)
- Proven ability to hire for IC and mid-to-senior level roles across departments
- High attention to detail and discernment in candidate evaluation
- Sales-minded: persuasive, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
