Job Details

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Houston (77032) to diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment. In this role, you will lead preventive and predictive maintenance using our CMMS, support complex automation systems-including PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics-and fabricate custom parts or fixtures to improve facility efficiency. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of up to $25 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate brings mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, proficiency with schematics and motor controls, and a dedicated commitment to safety and quality. English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to ensure effective communication across our diverse team.
