Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment?

We're looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations team and take ownership of key logistics processes. In this role, you'll handle inventory, shipping, returns, and light product assembly, all while helping improve how we manage our fulfillment workflows. If you're organized, reliable, and have a knack for troubleshooting and coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
• Pack and ship : 110 customer orders per month on time and with care
• Manage returns (RMAs) and coordinate replacements or repairs
• Perform basic product assembly and troubleshooting
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate with vendors and couriers
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organized
  
  

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, and returns workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Comfort using inventory systems, barcode scanners, and spreadsheets
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks reliably
• Basic technical aptitude for assembly, testing, or part replacements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor relationships
• Experience resolving shipping discrepancies and delivery issues
