Service Coordinator / Dispatcher (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our service department. This position is critical to our daily operations and customer experience.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Department: Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians
• Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Track service calls, follow up on open items, and ensure completion
• Accurately enter and update job details in the system
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Support the service department with administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong follow-through and sense of accountability
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Strong critical?thinking and problem?solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Dispatching or service coordination experience is a plus, but not required
