What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the assigned partnering roadmap to align with global objectives
  • Act as the primary dealmaker for commercial partnerships, managing opportunity assessment, partner engagement, and negotiations
  • Develop and negotiate complex partnership structures that balance commercial opportunity with risk
  • Collaborate cross?functionally to guide deals from concept through execution and implementation
  • Provide leadership and oversight to a regional Business Development and Alliance Management team

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or partnerships within life sciences or healthcare
  • At least 7 years of management experience
  • Expertise in developing and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Deep familiarity with AMR healthcare markets and commercial landscapes
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence at senior levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • A deal sheet detailing successful execution of complex deal structures with strategic partners
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to address high?stakes challenges
  • Experience managing cross?functional initiatives with operational and strategic oversight
  • Ability to give convincing and persuasive Executive?level presentations
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
