Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work in cardiovascular technology with relevant equipment across 11 labs • Handle 40-50 unit cases per day in a high-volume environment • Work with various case types including EP, IR, Cath Lab, and CVOR Hybrid procedures • Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts • Standard shift hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Call responsibilities: 4-5 calls per month with 1 weekend per month • Minimum requirement of 3 days per month where technologist may be placed on call • Work in Level I Trauma center with 719 beds • Use Epic electronic medical record system for charting • Required certifications: BLS Certification and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI • BSN degree not required • Daily parking costs $15/day with monthly pass options ranging from $95-$120 • Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks Facility: This major healthcare facility operates as a comprehensive Level I Trauma center with 719 beds, providing advanced cardiovascular services through 11 specialized catheterization laboratories.
