Become an EXpert as a Senior Frontend Engineer, Remote - LATAM

At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with international companies to build sophisticated, data-driven platforms that support complex decision-making processes. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with Backend knowledge to join a strong engineering team working on scalable, multi-application products.

This role is ideal for someone with deep frontend expertise, solid understanding of backend concepts, and an AI-friendly mindset who enjoys building performant, maintainable user interfaces.
What You'll Do

• Design and implement frontend solutions using React and TypeScript
• Work with GraphQL (Apollo Client) and REST APIs
• Build reusable UI components using modern component libraries
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Engineering Leads
• Contribute to technical decisions while balancing business and technical needs
• Optimize application performance across multiple applications
• Apply best practices around type safety, reusability, and testing
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
• Stay current with modern frontend tools and AI-assisted development practices

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Experience working with GraphQL (Apollo Client)
• Familiarity with component libraries (Mantine or similar)
• Experience with form management and state management patterns in React
• Understanding of testing frameworks, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments
• Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)
