This resource will help Austin Energy prepare for implementations of Microsoft Copilot in its various permutations, This Artificial Intelligence Large Learning Model (AI LLM) with significant security, data privacy, and end user interface (UI) impacts. Copilot's security foundation relies on Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). These integrated solutions offer a unified approach to identify, classify, and protect sensitive information across Microsoft 365 apps, services, and devices. By leveraging sensitivity labels, encryption, and access restrictions, our expert will prevent AE users from unauthorized access to NERC/CIP, PII, proprietary and other protected information.
