Job Title: Data Architect - Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud & Informatica (Contract)

Location: King of Prussia, PA preferred (hybrid a plus), remote considered

Duration: 2-year long-term contract

Overview: We are seeking a senior Data Architect for a long-term (2-year) contract to support a large-scale, global transformation moving Reviva to Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Analytics, Data Cloud, Agent Cloud (AI), and other cloud platforms. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, owning the end-to-end data architecture that brings together enterprise source systems and enables Salesforce to power commercial, omnichannel, and analytics use cases across the organization.

This individual will play a critical role in helping the enterprise understand, design, and operationalize Salesforce Data Cloud and Agent Cloud, translating complex source system data into scalable, governed, and high-value Salesforce data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data architecture for the migration of global Reviva data into Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Analytics, and emerging Salesforce clouds.
• Define how Salesforce Data Cloud and Agent Cloud (AI) ingest, harmonize, and activate data from enterprise source systems to drive business outcomes.
• Design end-to-end data flows from SAP, Workday, and other operational systems into Salesforce using Informatica.
• Architect scalable data solutions leveraging AWS, Databricks, and Redshift alongside Salesforce platforms.
• Own canonical data models, identity resolution strategies, data harmonization, and activation patterns within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to enable CRM, omnichannel, and AI-driven use cases.
• Support Pharmacy Cloud / Omnichannel initiatives for commercial teams at CSL Behring.
• Define and enforce data governance, quality, lineage, and security standards across platforms.
• Lead and support large-scale data migration efforts, including Reviva-to-Salesforce migrations, validation, reconciliation, and cutover strategy.
• Guide integration patterns including batch, near real-time, API, and event-driven architectures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical data architecture into business-impacting insights.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong data architecture background (most critical skill), with experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and modern Salesforce Clouds, especially:

o Salesforce Data Cloud

o Salesforce Agent Cloud / AI capabilities

o Salesforce Analytics
• Proven experience using Informatica (Cloud, PowerCenter, IDMC) for ETL/ELT and orchestration.
• Experience integrating data from SAP and Workday source systems a big plus
• Strong experience with AWS, Databricks, and Redshift in support of analytics and data processing is desired
• Expertise in data modeling, identity management, data harmonization, and large data volumes.
• Experience designing secure, compliant data solutions in regulated environments.

Preferred / Big Plus
• Prior experience migrating Reviva to Salesforce (major plus / home run).
• Salesforce certifications (Data Architect, Integration Architect, Application Architect).
• Informatica certifications.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
• Omnichannel or commercial analytics experience.
