JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) and leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, personal, military). Ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain accurate records, and provide timelysupport to employees and managers. This role focuses on operational accuracy and employee service rather than strategic plan design.
