Description:

The Portfolio Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting private credit investment activities for Constellation Investments. This role is responsible for analyzing credit trends, assessing risk, and contributing to data-driven investment decisions.

  • Manage the ongoing performance and monitoring of private credit investments, ensuring timely identification of trends and risks.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly escalate underperforming assets to senior leadership.
  • Analyze financial statements, industry dynamics, and company performance to evaluate overall credit health.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor covenant compliance and assess the implications of any deviations.
  • Recommend risk ratings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 0--2 years of experience in private credit or a related financial discipline, such as underwriting private credit, high-yield, or leveraged loan investments.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to deeply analyze and monitor investments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to partner effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools.
