We're currently growing our team of Artisans with a Project Manager, Gas Services to lead the execution of gas services projects across all RTI regions. This role ensures client expectations are exceeded from planning through closeout, while upholding RTI's reputation for excellence and responsiveness.

You'll manage every phase of the project lifecycle-planning, mobilization, execution, demobilization, and invoicing-while driving communication, performance metrics, and client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in expanding RTI's market share through innovation and relationship-building.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client & Vendor Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison for third-party gas services vendors.
  • Lead client communications with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Represent RTI in sales meetings as a technical expert.
Project Leadership
  • Oversee all aspects of gas services project execution, including:
  • Reviewing shutdown procedures
  • Determining gas properties (pressure, temperature)
  • Planning pump rates, volumes, and transport schedules
  • Coordinating equipment staging and vendor badging
  • Ensure seamless mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards and shift notes to track KPIs and project status.
Operational Excellence
  • Optimize supply chain and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
  • Support proposal development, pricing, and standardization.
  • Lead field reviews and collaborate with operations to ensure deliverables are met.
Content & Communication
  • Maintain up-to-date sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Share lessons learned and safety notifications across RTI.
  • Contribute to onboarding and training of new Artisans.
Client Development
  • Build strong relationships with client teams in maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnarounds.
  • Influence client processes and introduce innovative solutions.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supervising nitrogen projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nitrogen operations, equipment, and supply chain.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with client leadership.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in driving change and improving client processes.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands

The Company requires passing a pre-employment physical in which an objective medical professional will determine whether you can safely meet the physical demands of the position.

Duration of Workhours During Project Executions:
  • Typically, 12 continuous hours that may extend up to 16 - 18 hours if an emergency need exists, for up to 14 days in a row.
  • Day shift and/or night shift.
Working Conditions During Project Executions:
  • Uneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings.
  • Outside locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, and other forms of inclement weather.
  • Routine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA-TWA.
Physical Demands:
  • Work at heights up to 200 ft/ 45m accessed via stairs, climbing ladders, or critical lifts by cranes. This requires an ability to climb ladders and stairs without issue.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 40lbs., without assistance.
  • Pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs., without assistance.
  • Standing and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks. May exceed 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day.
  • Bending and stooping repeatedly and performing task including twisting or turning valves and using wrenches and hand tools.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel required approximately 110- 150 nights per year.
