Job Description
M1 is seeking a curious and data-driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, bridging the gap between raw financial data and actionable business insights. You will move beyond simple reporting to help us understand why the numbers look the way they do and how we can optimize for future growth.
Whether you are assisting with the annual budgeting process, modeling the ROI of a new product launch, or tracking key metrics like AUM and user growth, your work will directly influence company strategy. This is an ideal role for a professional with 2-4 years of experience looking to accelerate their career in a high-growth fintech environment.
