Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote

Pay: Up to $80K

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Solutions Consultant to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for understanding project needs, configuring highly customizable software, and delivering accurate, customer-ready solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with external customers to understand requirements
• Clarify client needs and create appropriate configuration templates
• Perform highly detailed drag-and-drop software configurations
• Manage ticket quite and support 10+ concurrent customer projects
• Validate all work before presenting final configurations
• Identify repeatable patterns to streamline future configuration efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous internship experience or 1-5 years of professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Customer-facing experience

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $80K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with HSA contributions, 401K and other benefits.
