We are one of the fast-growing online marketplaces for Health Insurance and are excited to start contracting with experienced Medicare Sales Agents for the 2026 OEP season.

What you'll do:

As an Independent Medicare Sales Agent (1099), you will assist beneficiaries in navigating one of the most important decisions of their lives-choosing the right health insurance coverage. You will listen to their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them in selecting the best options. With partnerships with leading national and regional health insurance companies, you'll have the tools to help customers find the coverage that best suits their individual needs.

Compensation:

• Highest commission payouts in the industry. Top agents are making 250K+ annually. Paid up to $350 per Medicare policy submitted.
• Ability to cross sales ancillary products like Dental Vision & Hearing (DVH), Cancer, and Hospital Indemnity (HI) that pay residual income.

Who you are:

• You have 12 months of proven Medicare Insurance Sales experience as an Independent agent or at least 24 months of experience selling insurance products.
• If you are currently appointed with Medicare carriers, you must be able to become reappointed through a release letter or other process by such date.
• You have a minimum of 5 active Health Licenses prior to contracting with WiseChoice, with the ability to acquire 10-15 Health Licenses prior to taking calls.
• Commission-driven - Agents who do well here have an entrepreneurial mentality driven by our uncapped commission structure
• Competitive, self-motivated personality - You need to have a drive to overcome customer objections and compete with yourself and other agents to succeed and hit new goals
• You will be required to undergo basic training to be permitted access to WiseChoice software systems.

You'll need:

*Any Windows or MacBook that is less than 5 years old. Highly recommend 16gigs of RAM; 8 will do.

Hours:

Our highest call volume occurs between the hours of 8:00AM - 1:00PM CST, Monday through Friday outside of AEP; therefore, to be successful, you should be available to answer calls during these hours. During AEP 8:00AM - 1:00PM CST and 5:00PM - 8:00PM CST Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10:00AM - 1:00PM CST.
