Overview: The Landscaping Supervisor will be res ponsible for maintaining the park's quality landscapes and ensure a clean, friendly and safe environment for our guests and Team Members. The Landscaping Supervisor will have entire oversight of the Lan dscaping department maintaining all flowerb eds, landscape maintenance, planting, watering, pest management, mowing and more; assisting where needed. The Landscaping Supervisor will coach and guide the Landscaping team.Pay Rate: $18.00/HrResponsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of Landscaping to include staffing, training, and daily operationsEnsure hiring and onboarding has been completed through the Operations Administrative teamEnsures all daily paperwork, employee trainings, and all other documents are completed and filedCreates and post department schedules through Operations Administrative teamCreates and maintains a positive, high performance team culture generating increased retention, motivation, and team morale
