We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our end-to-end hiring process. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidatesparticularly those who are qualified and ready to transition into remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit.
• Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication.
• Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to track candidates and manage the hiring pipeline.
• Source talents across multiple platforms and identify individuals suited for remote work setups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment reports.
