As a travel coordinator you are familiar with traveling to multiple OCONUS locations without much notice. At KBR, you bring dedication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to every task. Your commitment to safety, reliability, and quality aligns with KBRs mission of delivering dependable solutions for critical operations./ppIn the role of Travel Coordinator, your duties will include:/pulliArranging travel for customers and employees: Involves booking flights and accommodations./liliNegotiating contracts: Coordinating negotiation with travel service providers to secure the best rates and amenities./liliManaging Itineraries: to create and oversee travel itineraries, ensuring all details align with customers requirements. Communicate travel plans with travelers./liliMonitoring travel policy compliance: Ensuring adherence to company travel policy and addressing any issues that arise./liliAdvise staff and contractor personnel on authorized travel routes and approved modes of travel based on USG travel rules, regulations, policies and entitlements./liliCoordinating the scheduling of hotel or base housing accommodations as applicable./liliCoordinating vehicles and scheduling pick-up and drop-off times./liliOperating USG vehicles to include large carpool vans and buses./liliMeeting and assisting USG officers upon arrival./liliAssisting in processing necessary documentation such as passport visas and other clearances./liliCommunicating travel plans with travelers./liliPerforming related administration functions./li/ulpThis is a contingent position based on contract award and will be located OCONUS.
