This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder role based in Houston, TX. As a Keyholder, you will assist with overseeing daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle retail sales in alignment with company guidelines. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Strong knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
• Experience in retail sales, providing customer service, and creating outstanding customer experiences
• Leadership skills and the ability to act as a dependable team lead when necessary
• Adaptability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous Keyholder experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or a related field is an advantage
