Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Welders for projects located in and around Fond du Lac County, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  • Perform precise welds in multiple positions according to job specifications
  • Conduct post-weld inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot and adjust welding parameters for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • MIG weld stainless pipe
  • Read blue prints
  • Use precision measurement tools
