Inventory Control & Material Handler

Description:
Inventory Management: Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, update ERP system records, reconcile discrepancies, ensure proper material flow.
Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments and verify against POs, pick and pack customer orders, prepare shipping documentation, inspect deliveries for quality.
Carrier Coordination: Primary contact for freight companies, schedule pickups and deliveries, resolve shipping issues, track shipments and provide updates.
Material Handling: Operate forklift for loading/unloading, organize warehouse stock, maintain safe work environment.
Occasional Driving: Make local deliveries with company pickup truck and trailer.

Critical Credentialing Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clear criminal background and routine drug screening
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Inventory control experience
- Forklift operation experience
- ERP system experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional communication skills - verbal and written
