POSITION SUMMARY: As a Yard coordinator the main responsibility will include but are not limited to assisting the supervisor in the yard with the rest of the team, in the loading process of goods, auditing daily housekeeping in the area. You will also control and auditor the orders already picked daily reporting any discrepancy or issue with the material. Check in and check out for drivers, take pictures of the trucks and assist in some office activities (print orders, landing bills, POD's and schedule. Operating a forklift will be a requirement as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good reception and communications with the drivers
• Knowledge of some programs, Excell, word and email.
• Good coordination with team to complete the activities
• Knowledge of different types of materials to detect any issue.
• Assist in the loading process as needed.
• Receive the trucks and check the paperwork
• Assist and participate in Physical Inventory.
• Responsible for sustaining Housekeeping 6S effort across the plant.
• Support other internal Material department areas as needed.

• English preferred.
• Power equipment experience Required.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate and delegate to different team members, vendors, and different departments.
• Ability to lead, coach and guide team members.
• Reliable and punctual.

• High school degree or equivalent
