Position: Oil & Gas Title Attorney
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Responsibilities

• Review real estate title documents and oil & gas contracts, identifying and analyzing chain-of-title issues.
• Calculate ownership interests (surface, mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, working interest).
• Draft title opinions and related oil & gas documents.
• Prepare various title documents and transactional contracts.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
• Active law license and good standing in Texas, New Mexico, or Louisiana .
• Experience drafting title opinions preferred but not required .

• Collaborative team of experienced oil & gas title attorneys.
• Daily consultation and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent, high-quality work.
