Walker Elliott is recruiting for a Senior Division Order Analyst to join our oil and gas client in Houston. This role will play a critical part in well setups and deck revisions without having DOTOs or broker spreadsheets . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Examine various legal and land documents to confirm ownership interest and ensure accurate revenue distribution.

• Handle incoming division order documents, making sure ownership details are correct and coordinating with operators to clear up any issues.

• Identify wells where revenue is expected but not yet received and take action to address the gap.

• Keep thorough records in the land system to support ownership claims and audit readiness

• Work closely with internal departments-Finance, Accounting, and Engineering-to ensure ownership data supports accurate reporting and valuation.

• Support the integration of new assets by helping gather the right documents and ensuring timely setup for revenue payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of recent experience working in a Division Order or Land Administration role, within the upstream oil and gas sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact effectively with external partners.

• Proficient in land and accounting software systems.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
