Position Summary
POSITION IS REMOTE AND CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES

Position Summary - this position is responsible for managing the development and implementation of the strategies to grow our distribution business in North America.
Essential Responsibilities
Build influential relationships with senior leadership at our distribution partners
Develops and drives growth strategies for new and existing product portfolio
Monitors competitive market intelligence and trends to modify strategy
Coordinates activities with Product Management and Pricing teams to maximize product line growth with assigned distributors
Partners with marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns
Partners with Regional Sales Managers to develop and drive regional distribution growth sales plans
Analyzes sales trends to maximize customer reach, inventory requirements and growth opportunities
Develops and executes a consistent QBR process with our top 4 distribution parts, and an ABR with the balance
Develops and executes a process for maintaining excellent distributor scorecard performance
Performs a monthly review of the channel for internal stakeholders, including POS and Distributor booking growth vs peers and across the electronics industry
Position Requirements
Ability to travel an estimated 25% as required to support distributors
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or technical degree preferred
10-15 years of electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience
Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range
Annual salary range is from $140,300.00 to $224,100.00, plus benefits & incentive plans.
