Control Room Operator-Cygnet-Production Monitoring (7/7 Schedule)

Downtown Houston. In-Office | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

Our client is hiring Control Room Operators to support real-time production monitoring in a corporate operations center. This role is ideal for candidates with SCADA, operations, monitoring, or command-center experience, including ex-military professionals.

What You'll Do

• Monitor production systems and alarms using Cygnet, SCADA or similar platforms

• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate to the right teams for resolution

• Serve as the central communication link between field operations and corporate teams

• Track events, maintain shift logs, and support smooth handovers

• Work on a 7-on / 7-off rotational schedule, including nights and weekends as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a control room, operations, monitoring, or command-center environment

• Familiarity with Cygnet or other production monitoring systems

• Strong communication, situational awareness, and decision-making skills

• Comfortable working in-office in a screen-based monitoring role

• Military operations/monitoring backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation: Open and competitive, based on experience
Environment: Corporate (non-field), team-oriented, structured operations
