We're looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team in Houston, TX!

This role is key to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly-from greeting visitors and answering phones to managing supplies and assisting with order coordination. What You'll Do
  • Communication & Customer Support: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, screen solicitors, and respond to inquiries with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Front Office Operations: Open and close the office each day, greet visitors and customers, and maintain a clean, organized reception and breakroom area that reflects company standards.
  • Order Coordination: Process will-call credit card orders, coordinate with warehouse staff for fulfillment, and help monitor order turnaround times in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Corporate teams to support clear communication and keep day-to-day tasks running smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, track office and breakroom supplies within budget, and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred - though not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to read screens and documents and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Occasional movement required to attend meetings, file documents, and manage office inventory.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Location: On-site at our Houston branch-approximately 8 miles northwest of downtown Houston.
  • Environment: A mix of office and warehouse settings.
  • Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
  • This is an hourly-paid position, and the pay rate will be based on your level of experience.
  • Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.
