📅 Schedule: Currently working 8-12 hours/day, 5 days/week
📍 Warehouse Environment | Occasional OT & Weekends During Peak Demand

⚡ What is Resistance Welding?

Resistance welding is a process where metal parts are joined using heat created by electrical resistance and pressure. It's commonly used to make small electrical connections and metal assemblies.

✅ Job Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screen

• Must wear steel-toe shoes

• Able to sit for long periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• No resistance welding experience required - but experience is preferred

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components under 30 inches in length and up to 10 lbs

• Perform resistance welding on small electrical connections (primary task)

• Conduct visual inspections before and after assembly

• Keep your work area clean and organized while meeting production and quality standards
