Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing all duties and operational functions in the Ladies Locker Rooms as it relates to the use of the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker rooms, showers and wet areas, and the staff inside.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for supervising upkeep of locker room areas, reporting necessary repairs to maintenance, and following up to ensure their completion.
* Ensure that other locker room staff are keeping the locker room areas in proper condition, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Provides the necessary amenities used in the locker rooms ensuring that they are stocked, neat and orderly.
* Ensures that the safety of all participants in the room by constant monitoring of the cleanliness as it relates to health and safety issues, i.e. wet floors, towels or other clutter on the floor, razors left out, etc.
* Meets and greets new and existing members/guests promptly when they enter or use the locker rooms.
* Solves member complaints as they arise.
* Return clean clothing to lockers.
* Keep area immaculate for members.
* Adheres to all of the various written mandatory standards of operation, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job
* Collect used towels from campus, and transport to laundry areas.
* Assist other team members in keeping the locker areas clean.
* Perform standard locker room attendant duties as it relates to the use of the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker rooms, showers and wet areas.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
* Full time, evening shift, Thursday - Monday. Schedule may occasionally change due to business needs.
* Must be able to work weekend, holidays and as needed.
Health and Safety
* Practice good hygiene prior to reporting to work and when returning to your assigned workstation. This includes, but is not limited to washing your hands, avoid touching your face, limiting unnecessary physical contact with others, coughing/sneezing into a tissue or the inside of your elbow, and disinfecting frequently used items and surfaces in your work area as directed by Management using company provided cleaning products.
* Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by your specific job. This may include, safety masks, gloves, safety shoes and other PPE as directed by the Company.

Requirements
Qualification/Requirements:
* Customer service attitude
* Must be able to communicate with members.
* Ability to multi-task.
* General knowledge of exercise equipment maintenance and operation
* Functional knowledge of spas, whirlpools and steam room as well as AV systems
Education/Training/Experience:
* Minimum 2 year of custodial experience preferred
* Certified in CPR/First Aid/ AED
