What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact and grace
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for program members and medical service providers
• Demonstrate urgency and compassion while assisting customers in need
• Meet monthly service objectives set by management
• Offer prayer to members and providers at appropriate opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in a relevant industry (insurance, financial services, healthcare)
• Experience in a high-volume contact center preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or medical billing preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Two years of experience in a high-volume contact center
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Zoom
• Ability to work efficiently with two computer monitors
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
