Maverick Trading is seeking disciplined day traders in San Francisco, CA who want to trade remotely with firm capital and a clear, rules-based framework.We are one of the few proprietary trading firms that has specialized in options since 1997, while also supporting traders who focus on stocks and futures. Our traders come from a wide range of backgrounds-engineering, teaching, small business, military, real estate, and more. What matters most is discipline, consistency, and a willingness to improve.

What Youll Do

• Trade stocks, equity options, and futures using firm capital
• Develop and refine a personal trading system that fits your personality and schedule
• Follow established risk rules and firm guidelines
• Participate in coaching sessions and trader development programs
• Review results, track performance, and make data-driven improvements
• Operate independently while being part of a supportive trader community

Compensation & Capital DisclosureThis is a performance-based contract role, not a salaried or hourly position. Compensation is earned through profit splits on the trading profits you generate. Starting capital allocations can be up to $40,000 and may scale to larger amounts based on consistency and risk-adjusted performance.
