TheTerritoryManager will be a key player in expanding our THC-infused beverage businessthroughout Austin and San Antoniobygrowing consumer access to our best-in-class products.
We areseekinga dynamic and entrepreneurialTerritoryManager to spearhead the growth ofourportfolio of brands led bySenoritaand Rythm,award-winninghemp-derived THC beverage brandsin a rapidly emerging market. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, driven, and eager to build a winning brand from the ground up.This role offers significant growth opportunities as the business expands. However, the individual must be comfortable taking a hands-on approach, actively engaging in the market, and serving as the primary resource on the ground.
The ideal candidate lives in the Austin, Texas area. You must be able to travel 100% of the time within the state of Texas.

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range $100,000—$130,000 USD
