Our client, a global Energy and Industrial Manufacturing leader, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Execution organization supporting Modernization, Upgrade, and Inspection & Repair project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager - Turbine Modernization & Repair

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour

What's the Job?

• Manage multiple modernization, upgrade, and inspection/repair projects through execution and warranty phases

• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Track schedules, costs, and performance against project budgets and timelines

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status and schedule changes

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Project Management

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Lead role

• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project

• Knowledge of steam turbine design, manufacturing processes, BOMs, and technical drawings
