CNC Machinist - Rosenberg - Direct Hire

Rosenberg, TX | $30.00-$34.00/hour DOE | Full-Time | Permanent

Lofton Staffing is hiring a CNC Machinist for a precision manufacturing company in Rosenberg. Program and operate CNC lathes and mills including VTL. Direct hire permanent position with benefits starting Day 1.

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Equipment: CNC Lathes, Mills, VTL
Controls: Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens
The Job

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes. Write and optimize G-code programs. Read blueprints and technical drawings. Select tooling, speeds, and feeds. Perform quality inspections with precision measuring instruments. Routine machine maintenance and safety compliance.
Requirements

Must Have:

• 3-5 years CNC machining experience
• CNC lathe and mill experience
• VTL (vertical turret lathe) experience
• Some G-code programming skills (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens)
• Read and interpret complex blueprints
• Precision measuring instruments proficiency
• Work independently and with team
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to Rosenberg

Preferred:

• Horizontal boring mill (HBM) experience
• Trade school or technical training
• Precision manufacturing background

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30-$34/hour
Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half
