Clinical Assistant - Houston, TXAbout the Opportunity:We are partnering with a leading specialty clinic in Houston to help them hire a Clinical Assistant who is eager to gain hands-on experience, support patients, and grow their skills in a dynamic healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in healthcare while working with a collaborative, patient-focused team.Location: Houston, TX (home base assigned; occasional travel to other Greater Houston clinics is required)Schedule & Pay:Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.40–45 hours/week$17-$19/hour DOE, overtime eligibleContract-to-hire: 800-hour contract with opportunity to transition to full-timeWhat You'll Do:Collect and document patient histories and chief complaintsPerform routine clinical assessments and vital measurementsAssist with patient care and clinical procedures as neededMaintain exam room cleanliness, manage inventory, and support equipment troubleshootingEducate patients on care instructions and treatment plansAssist with scheduling, follow-ups, and rescheduling missed appointmentsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma required; some college preferredStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsComfortable working with multiple computer systems and clinical workflowsTeam player with knowledge of HIPAA compliancePassionate about developing skills and growing within the healthcare fieldReady to take the next step in your healthcare career?
