As a Part Time Customer Service Representative with Rick Fields - State Farm in Spring, TX you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer serviceskills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound welcome calls to new customers.
- Answer customer billing inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- General Office organizational duties
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
