TMC Staffing is seeking Entry Level Packaging/Kitting Operators in a climate controlled warehouse in NW Houston.

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and/or kit material per work instruction
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Ensure product meets quality standards
• Meet or exceed production goals
• Work effectively in a team/production line

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible to work overtime to include 10-12-hour shift and weekends when needed.
