Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

The Skills You Need
- Basics: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Hands-On Experience: 3+ years.
- Focus: You take pride in accuracy and clean, correct work.
- Physical Strength: Able to move, lift 50 pounds, and stand through your shift.
- Work Ethic: Team-first attitude and a mindset built on doing it right every time.

- Inspect and test materials and equipment to make sure every piece meets the mark
- Catch defects fast and keep bad product off the line
- Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards

- Log results and stay on top of quality reports
- Use gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products
