Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP, Global Solution Consulting, will be a key member of the Global Revenue leadership team. This role will lead a team of 200+ solution consulting resources and will be responsible for transforming and scaling the global presales organization to support and drive revenue growth. This will include developing and deploying global processes, engagement models, protocols, enablement, talent, operating model, infrastructure, and organization structure to support a global presales organization. In addition to leading presales transformation, this role will be responsible for continuing the day-to-day operations which will require a high level of partnership with other global and regional sales leaders as well as building a strong and diverse global leadership team to ensure business continuity. This role will require a strong understanding of operational presales including industry benchmarks, and best practices to effectively and efficiently lead operations.
