We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges procurement and hands-on warehouse management. Working directly alongside our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the full purchasing lifecycle-including managing RFQs, cycle counting, inventory management, confirming PO acknowledgments, and negotiating with vendors-while simultaneously maintaining a physical presence on the floor to perform essential inventory duties such as daily cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies. This role requires a professional who is equally comfortable utilizing ERP/MRP systems (like SAP or Oracle) to track lead times and "expedite" critical parts as they are to step into the warehouse to physically verify material availability. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, the "grit" to handle an industrial environment, and a commitment to ensuring production never stops due to a shortage. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) position offering a salary of up to $70,000, commensurate with your direct experience in purchasing and industrial inventory control.
