Position Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to designated business units, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational objectives. This role partners with leadership to support business goals while managing core HR processes, including employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and culture development.
Employee Relations & Performance:
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Coach managers on performance improvement and documentation.
HR Administration & Operations:
• Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Process payroll changes and coordinate with payroll providers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
