We have immediate openings for Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives.
This position starts between $16-18 an hour. The next training class will begin in February 2026
Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers all over the country.
We provide fully paid training and offer several schedule choices.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect information from our customers
- Follow company processes and procedures
- This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS
- You want to work in a call center environment where you will help keep people safe
- You are detailed oriented
- You have solid communication skills
- You enjoy learning new skills and applications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Access to reliable transportation
- 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment
